On November 17, CSU’s Regional Economic Development Institute is hosting a conversation on the factors driving housing pricing in Colorado. Presenters will answer questions like:
• What share of housing is affordable to Colorado teachers & middle-income households?
• Given changing market conditions and interest rates, will the market correct?
• What percentage of owners are burdened by their rent, mortgaged, or property taxes and how does that vary across Colorado?
Attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions to presenters ahead of the webinar.
